Businesses & Organisations
MACAW delivers experiential wellbeing workshops for organisations, using humour, play and guided reflection to strengthen communication, confidence and connection. Inspired by the macaw — expressive, colourful and social — sessions support teams to find their voice, understand their differences and dare to try new approaches. Through psychologically informed, engaging activities, participants practice speaking up, collaborating more effectively and navigating change with greater creativity and resilience. Every workshop is shaped to the needs of the organisation while remaining grounded in MACAW’s core themes of voice, authenticity and courageous experimentation.
We explore your needs and deliver tailored sessions as keynotes, two hour workshops, half-day or full-day experiences , designed to energise teams and create lasting impact.

Schools & Colleges
MACAW delivers playful, experiential wellbeing workshops for teachers, school staff, and 6th formers, using humour, creativity and reflection to restore energy, confidence and connection. Inspired by the macaw — expressive, colourful and social — sessions help educators find their voice, honour their individuality and try new ways of approaching challenges. Through psychologically informed games and guided reflection, participants experience how play can support resilience, communication and emotional wellbeing.
Delivered as INSET training, staff wellbeing sessions or lunchtime booster sessions, workshops are adapted to suit your setting and support both staff and students.
Therapists & Supervision
A playful, reflective group supervision space where therapists explore voice, identity, authenticity, and uncertainty through humour, metaphor, and embodied experience, reconnecting with their inner child.
Offered as reflective two-hour supervision-style spaces or longer restorative workshops, creating room for play, laughter, reconnection and professional renewal.

Individuals - Drop in
